Behind the Music

Think and Grow Rich

Written by Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich is one of the most influential self-improvement books of all time. Based on insights from the world’s most successful people, it reveals timeless principles for achieving wealth, success, and personal growth.

About the Artist

Martin Way is a seasoned singer-songwriter with over 30 years of experience, having performed and recorded both in Australia and overseas. Known for his thought-provoking lyrics and distinctive finger-picking acoustic style, Martin has always used music as a form of social commentary—fearlessly standing up for what he believes in.

His journey into inspirational music was a natural evolution, sparked by a conversation with his brother-in-law, Allan McGregor. Inspired by Think and Grow Rich, Allan envisioned transforming its powerful lessons into music. This idea became the foundation for Martin’s latest album—crafted to make timeless wisdom more accessible, especially for those who learn differently.

Behind the Company

Meet Allan

Allan McGregor’s journey is one of resilience, self-discovery, and an unyielding desire to overcome obstacles. Born on 31st December 1959, Allan’s early years were marked by a love for nature and curiosity about the world. However, school was a different story—words didn’t make sense, reading felt like a puzzle, and English seemed like an impossible pyramid to climb. Undiagnosed dyslexia made learning a struggle, and he was often dismissed as a “dreamer.”

Despite academic difficulties, Allan found his strengths in mechanics and problem-solving. He became a truck mechanic, working in remote locations across Australia, including Aboriginal settlements, where he was struck by the deep contrasts in human experiences. Determined to succeed, he built his own trucking company from the ground up, growing it to six trucks moving 40–60 containers daily. However, financial missteps led to the business’s sale, forcing Allan to reassess his path.

His turning point came through a chance encounter with personal development materials, particularly Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. The book’s core principles resonated deeply, sparking a passion for self-improvement and a vision for helping others—especially those struggling with dyslexia. Today, Allan is on a mission to ensure that people with learning differences are not left behind, using music and creativity to unlock potential and change lives.
